Profile Overview:
He holds a master’s degree in regulations from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, and has served as president of the Execution Court in Riyadh, as well as a judge at the General Court in Qatif, and president of the General Court in Jamoum and the General Court in Jubail. He participated in drafting a number of regulations for judicial systems, including the executive regulations of the Sharia Procedure Law and the executive regulations of the Execution Law. He participated in many committees related to judicial affairs and represented the Supreme Judicial Council before the Board of Experts of the Council of Ministers. He presented more than 50 training programs on various judicial affairs, including endowments, enforcement, and inheritance.
